What is Flip Roll Groove?


Flip Roll Groove is a movement-based tumbling and acro program focused on athletic development, coordination, and body awareness. We offer age-appropriate progressions in a fun and encouraging environment that helps kids stay active, gain confidence, and develop lifelong fitness skills.

Program Includes:

- Skill-based tumbling and acrobatics
- Strength, flexibility & coordination training
- Fun movement-based games & drills
- Body control, balance, and spatial awareness
- Teamwork, focus, and confidence-building

Meet the Coach: Donina


Donina is the heart behind Flip Roll Groove.

With a background in both gymnastics and dance, Donina brings years of experience in movement education to every class. Her goal is to inspire confidence in kids while teaching foundational movement skills in a supportive and energetic environment.

Mini Movers

11am Saturday
Ages 3+

Intro to movement, balance, and beginner tumbling skills like forward rolls, bear crawls, and bridges. Lots of fun games and confidence building!

Flip & Flow

12pm Saturday
Ages 5+

A more advanced class focusing on acro progressions, dynamic movement, handstands, cartwheels, and strength drills. Great for active kids ready to challenge themselves!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do kids need prior experience?

Not at all! Each class is designed to meet your child at their current level.

What should they wear?

Comfortable athletic wear(leotards are a plus),  and bare feet or grippy socks.

Can I watch the class?

Yes! We have a viewing area available for parents.

What’s the difference between the two class levels?

Mini Movers (4–6): Focuses on foundational skills like balance, rolls, and movement games.
Flip & Flow (5–9): Introduces more advanced acro and strength-based drills like cartwheels, handstands, and bridges.

What if my child is nervous or shy?

That’s totally normal! Our coach creates a supportive, encouraging space for all kids to move at their own pace and feel proud of what they accomplish.

Can we switch classes if the level isn’t the right fit?

Absolutely! We’re happy to adjust as your child grows in skill and confidence. Just speak with the coach after class.
